My extreme training routine

Hey guys!!!

First of all i'd like to thank everyone for flaming me to stay away from steroids i was really close to doing it nonetheless in this thread i will be discussing my training routine that i will be starting tomorrow before i do that here is my status,

Weight : 110kg/242.5LBS
Height : 180cm
BF% : 25% ish

Training routine
7xdays a week for 3 months
-Faster cardio early morning for 1 hour low/moderate

-around 3 pm i will be lifting and my lifting routine is like:
sunday: bicep and back
Monday: tricep
Tuesday: chest
Wednesday:shoulders
Thursday:back
Friday: bicep
Saturday:chest
After lifting i do an hour of cardio again


- 7 pm another 30 mins of hiit


And that's it what do you guys think, btw I don't train legs since my quads and calvs are gigantic and I actually want to get them smaller.
 
Typically you wouldn't train triceps the day before doing chest because the tris do a lot of the secondary pushing in chest pressing. I wouldn't necessarily neglect legs just because you think they're big enough. In the long run you can end up with lower back problems and what not. Stick to higher reps/lower weight for legs. Plus a lot of leg movements are good for total body gains (squats)...
