So I'm new to the board but have been reading it for a about a half year now. Anyways here goes.. Again I apologize for the long post but i'd like you'll to know everything before giving me advice and criticism.

ABOUT ME:
Im 163 pounds. (72kg i think)
25 - started working out on and off since i was 21 ( currently at 27% body fat)
Only did one cycle prior to posting this thread. (it was a test only cycle)
Naturally skinny build with an issue of taking FOREVER to gain muscle mass and forever to cut weight.(greater then the average bear*yogi the bear reference*)
Down Falls - I smoke cigarettes(currently taking something to stop smoking) but this is making cardio like running etc harder.
I've got decent eating habits but not perfect(cheating meals once or twice a week)

-Breakfast
-1 eggs(not only the yoke but the whole egg)
-1/2 cup of oatmeal
-3 pieces of wholegrain bread
-1/2 of a grapefruit
-4 glasses of water
-Brunch
-tuna sandwich on whole grain bread
(tomatoes included in sandwich, trust me tuna and tomatoes are BOMB)
-4 apples
-Lunch
-4 pieces of chicken breast
-1 salad in huge bowl.
(Includes, tomatoes, lettuce, broccoli, SALTY feta cheese - just so i get my sodium)
-1 pear
-Mid Lunch / Dinner Snack
-1 bowl Cottage cheese with almonds and dried banana and cranberry(don't hate on my cranberries)
-Or if I'm feeling froggy add a real banana and pear.

-Dinner
-1 Steak / Salmon / Turkey/Chicken Breast
-To MUch - GARLIC WITH EVERYTHING!!
-2 scoops - Beans / Broccoli
-2 pieces of wholegrain bread
-1/2 portion of wholegrain rice

What I think is a good cycle for me to cut my BF. Now this is where I'm Really scared I've done a lot of research on tren and people say its REALLY hard for people just starting out. Can anyone give me advice of how to lessen the effects(IE, any kind of food or vitamins to help?) Now my question is what kind of post cycle therapy (pct) will be needed for me? Also would it be required or suggest to take something during my cycle?

Testosterone propionate 200mg every other day. - weeks 1-14
Trenbolone acetate 50mg every other day - weeks 1-12

What post cycle therapy (pct) i have available to me, now due to me never ever having to need a post cycle therapy (pct) before this is where im shakey.
Liquid Tamox 50ml 20mg/ml
Liquid Clomi 70ml 35mg/ml

I was thinking combining both Liquids for at least 6 months after but the ml/mg needed is what confuses me. (If at all possible I'd like an explentation how to calculate this so I can do it on my own for the future.)

Any and all criticism and help and/or suggestions would be very appreciated. I look forward to participating with any knowledge I acquire along my road to being the best I can be.

No offence mate but 27% BF is a terrible starting point in my opinion. I think you would benefit much greater from learning proper eating habits, increasing cardio and quitting smoking first. It sounds like you have a lot of room for improvement naturally before u start considering AAS.

None taken bro and yes i agree.. My eating habbits are good during the week lol(but then the weekend rolls around and alcoholic munchies kick in) But hypothetically if I were to start what suggestions would you give me? diet, post cycle therapy (pct) etc etc.. (and I'm 2 weeks sober from smoking thus far)

Yeah man , gear isnt going to shed body fat , in order to get the results you desire , u are going to need to learn first to eat properly , train properly and incorporate alot more cardio into your routine . otherwise any compounds you take will not do what u may think they will . Try to get ahold of user 3J on here . is is a dietician and can help you alot with trying to form healthy eating habits and a ood diet , thats what u need to shed body fat

its not true man , dont give up . its just truely works like this , in order for anyone to cut , its not as musch the gear ( basicly not at all) it all comes down to diet . On the other side , if u were bulking , then gear would play a bigger role . But again eating habits and diet are still key to gain muscle and leaner mass as opposed to fat .

fancyhuh is right man dont give up. U came here for a reason which is you want to healthier. All we are trying to say is that perhaps u are skipping past a few important steps first. Stick around on steroidology and read and learn. And learn one of the biggest lessons first...the correct diet coupled with ur dedication will take u much further that AAS on their own
