my first cycle ...anuy advice

so i got my first cycle going.. im 23 140 ..diet is on point and working out is right on point as well

i have test-e 250mg
and a tren-ace 100mg

so i was planning on this cycle here tell me if good or not

week1&2- test 500/wk
week 3&4-tren ..mon/wed/fri
week 5&6- test 500/wk
week 7&8 test 500/wk and tren mon/wed/fri
week9&10 test 500/wk and tren mon/wed/fri

the guy i got it from told me test 500wk/ and tren once a week but that would be wasting my tren since active life is only 2-3 days ..correct? any suggestions or pointers is welcomed thank you
 
Wow that's bad I'm sorry to say mate I'm not good at this kind of stuff but firstly tren ace is take ED or EOD at least also for 8 weeks or so!
Your tren is all over the place also if I was you I would not use tren until matbe your 4th cycle IMO.
Test E at 500mg a week for 10-12 weeks for a first cycle is good trust me thats enough.
Also at 140lb that's light/small weight maybe u need to eat more!
Also hopefully you have been training a couple years firstly also before taking gear?

i eat alot trust me .. and yeah i have been working out for about 1 1/2 years now ... .. so you would think just stay with the test 500/wk for my first cycle .. and save the tren for next cycle .. also i am eating alot it i just seem to not gain anything no matter what .. i have noticed within the past coule weeks put on some weight so i will weigh myself today later.. i know some of you will disagree with me doing a cycle , but a couple guys i talked to at the gym said i will see some good gains from my cycle as long as i hit it hard and keep eating alot
 
Test E 500mg for 10-12 weeks only.
And EAT EAT EAT,, im sure you will gain off that.
Also you 23 and weight 140lb that's as much as my girlfriend :)

i noticed you say youre 23 140. i hope this doesnt imply 140 lbs. if so, you have some work ahead of you before you even think about juice
 
yes 140 lbs... i started my cycle of test at 500/wk a week ago ..tommoro will be two weeks .. i have noticed while on this i have been more hungry than normal and also i know some of you disagree with me juicing now but i am doing it .. my question is is test alone good for a first cycle... i have known some people who were at the same LBs as me and gained incredible results from juicing
 
Yes test alone for the first time 100% yes
EAT EAT EAT until u gonna pop and drink loads of water until u gonna pop :)

thanx ... i will save the tren for my next cycle ... and i have been eating alot and drink lot of water also taking alot of protein shakes
 
id run only 1 serm. clomid or nolvadex. if ur using test e the test shud kick in about week 3-5, im in wk 2 and cant wait.

try to drink over 1.5 gal water a day thats what l do.
 
yeah i have been eating lot more meals... but also adding in a protein shake or two .... also im just took my shot for week 2 yesterday ... so hopefully will start seeing sum results within next two weeks ... and have been hitting gym hard... along with the test im using a supplement called dark rage as a pre workout supp.
 
Hey bro! At your size I would get some creatine monohydrate and be pounding like 15g a day. It'll make a huge difference especially on a cycle. Your body will absorb that shit like a fat kid with a cookie. With that and the RIGHT diet you should have no problem gaining 25+ lbs.
 
thanx, im currently entering week three tommorow ... also the dark rage i am using contains creatine... do u suggest switching to a strictly creatine monohydrate?.....also im starting to see some results slighty ... i know from week 3-4 should start kicking in
 
goin into week 4 ..starting to get some results.. gained 8 pounds .. strenght has improved and size also ... cant wait to see what results by end of cycle
 
well i am nearing the end of my 4th week tommorow and gained 15lbs so far .. its tough taking in all the food .. but it has paid off...now i need to get my post cycle therapy (pct) ready
