Want to make sure I have everything in place properly...


Test E @ 500mg for 12 weeks.



Post cycle - PCT:

2 weeks after last jab, immediately start taking Nolva for 4 weeks.

1st week- 40mg a day
2nd week- 40mg a day
3rd week- 20mg a day
4th week- 20mg a day


Take clomid immediately 2 weeks after last jab for 4 weeks

1st week - 50mg a day
2nd week - 50mg a day
3rd week - 50 mg a day
4th week - 50 mg a day




No arimidex. Then wait for 4 months before starting next cycle.

Why not an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) in this cycle?? I don`t see any problems with the test doses and lenght or PCT but an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) should be at least on hand cause if sides. I prefer to use it so I keep my e2 levels on check and even sometimes with an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) this can get high ( by experience ) I also know guys who being runing Aromatase inhibitor (AI) sonce day one and once gets bloods done e2 levels were high cause of bad Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Also I always has some letro on hand just in case gyno can`t be controled by Aromasin or Arimidex.

The dose for Aro can be 6.25mgs eod and adjust from there or Adex at .5mgs eod and adjust. We all diffrent so you need to start with a low dose and listen your body cause the only way you know how you react to test is doing that.

Also this being said get bloods before start your cycle so you know where you at on test serum levels and e2 levels as well. half way of your cycle get it done again and after PCT or before start PCT. make notes of changes on you so you learn for next time and will be safer cycles from this point on.

for some it's not necessary but if you wake up in the morning with moobs you'll be glad you have it on hand.

Personally I run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (Adex) every time I run test. I know a lot of you guys like the water weight, personally I do not. The main benifit, for me is to keep moon face, backne and that puffy look at bay. Obviously helping prevent gyno is another benefit.

No nolva and clomid to to kick start your natty production. Aromatase inhibitor (AI) stops the test from converting to estro.
