My first cycle, please advise

Hello all, new member here. I am a 29 yo male and I want to begin my first Cycle. Can someone please help me with the dosages and suggest the best time frame(by weeks and days etc) for the cycle? I'm thinking of a 12 week cycle and I will be running the below:

Cycle: Test E
Arimidex
HCG

PCT: Clomid
Nolvadex
