My First Cycle Results!!! - 400mg test E

Hello everyone,

Just thought I'd post my first cycle results. I ran 400 mg test e for 14 weeks, with 500iu HCG, and .50mg arimidex E3D (sometimes I went EOD). I used all products from Geneza Pharmaceuticals (except HCG), including the PCT. I ended up adding in some VAR for the last six weeks at 40mg a day just to help with a small cut. I am currently 5 weeks since my last injection. I waited 2 weeks for the stuff to clear then did an HCG blast of about 750 IU's for six days. I waited two days after that then started my PCT. PCT is clomid 75/75/50/50 and nolva 40/40/20/20. I currently feel great with only losing a tiny bit of strength in the gym. My libido has been high all pct.

I plan to cycle again in January, and make some final tweaks to step on stage in one year from now. My next cycle will be 500mg test e and 60 mg var for 10 weeks. I feel the var really helped my joints on this cycle and its safe on the hair.

I'm predisposed to MPB and actually had a hair transplant last year. I didn't lose any hair on this cycle. My hair routine while on (and now) is spiro cream in the morning, nizoral shampoo at night (I let it sit for an hour), then before bed.....capsaicin cream (promotes IGF-1 in scalp), revivogen, and Minoxidil foam.

WOW! Looks like some good results. If I may ask, what was beginning weight, ending weight, and sis you lose size in cloths ect.
 
I definitely over bulked last winter. The before pic was actually taken about a month prior to the cycle. I was about 200 lbs in that pic, probably 17% bodyfat. The after pic was taken last Friday weighing 195 probably about 11% bf. My jeans do fit a little looser now which is nice.

My goals for this cycle was more a body recomp. So I increased the cardio and kept the calories to around 3000-3500. Usually get around 300g protein a day. Next cycle I'll focus more on size!
