Diet is ok...like anything there is always room for improvement.
An average day for me right now is as follows;
Breakfast;
Bowl of Oats (Steel cut)
Protein Shake
Mid-Morning;
6 Scrambled eggs
Lunch;
300g of lean chicken breast
Mid-Afternoon;
Pasta with chicken
Post Workout;
Protein Shake
Dinner;
300g of lean chicken breast
Not quite getting sick of chicken yet haha but definitley need some variety soon. Need to get into the recipe section and see what i can pick up
The biggest challenge for me will be to increase my food intake as i grow. Im hoping that when the test starts to kick in it will fuel my appetite more
Ok so just over 2 weeks in now so still early days i know. However i have noticed alot of bacne cropping up. Kind of happy to see that as it gives me more confidence that my gear is gtg.
I feel an increase in libido and aggression in the gym. I know these things can be 'in your head' but i really believe i feel a difference.
Just wondering...
seem to be having alot of trouble sleeping lately. Can that be a side effect of test?
Might get some valium just to see if that helps
AML gear arrived today.
As far as customer service went AML were superb. All emails were answered promptly and they really were very professional and friendly in all my dealings. Absolutely cant fault them.
