Hi all beasts, i have just one question. What do you think,which one is better?

week 1-6 Dbol 30 mg/day
1-12 Test E 400mg/week
1-12 Deca durabolin (nandorolone decanoate) 400mg/week

or without deca. Thank you
 
Test only for 12 weeks is the best first cycle. You don't need deca or dbol. See how you do with that and go from there.
 
Definitely as your entire results are not from the gear but what you do while using the gear. Diet, rest, and exercise will be the key factors in your results.

Test only for a first cycle and incorporate other compounds later on down the road in other cycles, you want test only to be able to judge how your body reacts to a test only.
Think about it for a moment, lets say you run test deca and dbol as a first cycle 5-6 weeks in you experience some complications or negative side effects, do you know which compound is causing the issue and which one to address to rectify the issue. You wouldn't because you have no clue how your body reacts to each component in the cycle. I am a firm believe in incorporating 1 compound at a time in progresion to judge your body's reaction and in the long run is safer and more beneficial. You need to learn your body, do it right and minimize the negative as much as possible.

Just run the test alone, don't be in a rush to add different types of gear. Adding a little with each cycle is the best way to go.
 
Beasts what do you think, can be creatine profitable with test E cycle ? And pre-workouts suplements profitable or useless?
 
Thank you , nice thread, i already know this . But i didnt notice any informations about supplements in your thread.
 
Supplements when starting out with AAS is not a huge factor, preworkout drinks and crap is not needed, take the money you would use for them and buy more whole foods as you will benefit from that alot more than some commercial hyped up crap. The only thing I would recommend really would be NAC and cialis. I'm not saying supplements are not worth it as they do play a great part in the process but at this point you need to focus on the food your eating and get your diet proper.
Take a look at austinite's thread about 3 main supplements while cycling its an awesome read. Actually read all his articles. If your not savy abouot dieting and such I would also recommend 3J's service, he can bring you places you wouldn't believe
