Hey bros

I've posted this in the anabolic forum so I thought I'd post it here too:

Weeks 1-8: 300mg Deca
300mg Test Enth

Weeks 9-11: Off

Clomid post-cycle therapy:

Day 1: 300mg
Days 2-11: 100mg
Days 11-21: 50mg

Nolvadex & Proviron on hand for gyno.

Stats:

Age: 21
Height: 5'8"
Weight:165lbs
BF: 15%

Lifted hard for 5 years.

What do you think?

I personally would seek out further success naturally until my stats improved a little. 165 at 15% 5'8 can be greatly improved without steroids IMO.

Since it's up to you, and you asked, your cycle looks decent for a first attempt. I would drop the deca and shoot 500 mgs of test a week. Just my 2 cents and I'm just trying to help.

Im the same age as you, bro.

But Im 5'11 and 235lbs. Im not gonna run my first cycle until my bf is below 10 %. Also, Im challengine myself to get as close to 250lbs as possible before I run a cycle.

Dude, elabo on you rdiet and training.

You can gain A LOT of muscle naturally if u diet and train and rest right. I gained 30lbs in 3 months naturally.

Thanks for the replies, I know I'm lightweight compared to you guys, but I've worked hard to get where I am (2-3 natural bulking cycles).

I have good diet and supplement knowledge but I really need to burst through my plateau. My bench hasn't improved in a over a year. I cut down to 10% BF last summer and I was happy with the results but all the comments I got where like 'you've got skinny' etc. which really pissed me off. I've lifted hard to get my weight back up but my BF% has increased too.

I appreciate your suggestions guys but I think A.S will give me the boost that I need.

Benching isnt gonna get u up to 200lbs, if thats your focus.

Have you considered maybe doing Max-OT type training? Or adopting a powerlifting type training?

I would focusing on getting a heavy squat and deadlift if I were u. You've got a good height to develop GREAT thickness naturally.

Have you had an outsider evaluate your diet and training?

Sometimes it helps to have someone look over your stuff to see holes that you may not recognize
 
BuddyBoy...that's a great point! I was in the same situation last year and I had someone look at my diet and I switched up my boring routine and I gained 29 pounds naturally in 6 months. I was also driven by the fact that I was going to Cabo with 9 girls and 4 dudes and I was determined to look my best for the trip. Funny thing...I never put my shirt back on once I got off the airplane. ohhh dud I mention that I DO NOT eat beef, chicken or tuna. I only eat Turkey 2-3 times a week and fish every other week.
