So ive been working out on and off for about a 3 years, 8 months consistently, Im 22 weighing in at 254 pounds and 6' 2".
I have a solid foundation of muscle with a good layer of fat, Im in the 20-30% bodyfat range. Im starting test/tren/anavar.
I know how to build muscle and Im mainly wanting to cut whilst still gaining muscle.
I plan on taking HCT when im done my cycle
Id love to just soak in whatever advice anyone has for me as im relatively new to this. Although my buddy who got me the steroids knows quite a bit, Id still like to get some external advice on the things i should be doing During and After my cycle to help make it the most effective.
I do only want to do this once. I dont have an addictive personality.
