My fridge and diet

So here is a picture of my fridge(and roomate)
Im 6"4 290lbs. Im trying to cut so here is my typical meals

-Breakfast- 1/2 cup of oatmeal
-then i hit the gym
-protein shake with water after the gym, i take 14 vitamins with my shake, they include liver aid pills, gnc mens vitality pack and glucosomine
-Then its a banana and or apple
-lunch is grilled chicken or chicken salad with mixed greens or a spring salad, or some variation of salads.
-fruit sald
-protein shake with a banana and 1 teaspoon of pb after work
-dinner is either turkey/fish/chicken with veggies, salad and sometimes brown rice or whole wheat pasta
-snack is usually some berries or fat free sugar free jello or some hummus.

id say your not eating enough...

how about some macros

how about a bmr/tdee??
 
i drink a gallon of water a day, i keep them in the garage thats why you dont see them. as for bmr/tdee im going to have to read your posts cause i have no idea what they are =]

I eat read meat maybe once a week. usually 93/7 ground meat for some patties. i also eat 8-10 eggwhites per day, usually 2 full eggs and 6 whites.

a slow digesting protein at nights is good stuff for ya.. so either do casein or beef.. the latter being the prime choice
