my girl wants to know what the best wieght loss pills or roids would b the best for her to lose wieght on? i not sure so she wanted me to ask?
 
She can have a good diet, which is eating alot of healthy food, hit the gym with as much cardio as possible an you will be able to lose as much weight as you need 2 over time

Well, there are no weight loss pills or roids that would accomplish that for her.

She can start by having a solid workout/strenght training routine that includes at least 3-4 X a week of cardio.

Diet is a crucial part of her weight loss success, What are her stats ?

Why don't u have her join ? It's better that she asks these questions & inquiries herself so she can get more responses.

Roids for a newbie???? Do what the others said, only roits if you are competing and if you want her voice to break, spots, facial hair and a stressed liver... Run 5 miles a day and eat properly it will work
