My hormones test result need help

Hey guys
Just got my hormones test results
I am in the middle of my course & I have absolutely no idea what these results mean, all I know is that my libido is non existent, can anyone tell me what these results mean and how can I keep things under control ?
Here are the results:
1- FSH: 0.100 IU/L
2- LH: 0.424 IU/L
3- Prolactin: 37.55 IU/ml
4- Testosterone total: 52.05 nmol/L
5- TSH: 0.981 IU/ml
6- estradiol E2: 278.2 pmol/L

Welcome! Your in the middle of a course or a cycle? Maybe you mispelled that?
if your in the middle of a cycle please detail it out for us along with your stats, weight, height, age, bf% and cycle history.

Yes my apologies I meant I am in the middle of a cycle
My status are:
Male 38 years
170 cm
70 kg
10-15% BF
I have been cycling on and off this whole year, my cycle at the moment is:
300 testosterone enanthate weekly
200 testosterone propionate weekly
200 primobolan weekly
200 masteron weekly
30 Anavar daily

The ranges in my blood test is as follows:
1- FSH: 0.100 IU/L (0.7-11.1)
2- LH: 0.424 IU/L (0.8-7.6)
3- Prolactin: 37.55 IU/ml (53-360)
4- Testosterone total: 52.05 nmol/L (8.64-29)
5- TSH: 0.981 IU/ml (0.27-4.2)
6- estradiol E2: 278.2 pmol/L (40-160)

No AI, that's why your e2 is super duper high. High e2 = No boners. Get some arimidex asap.

Thanks bro for the info but what dosage of Arimidex should I take ? And how frequent, any info would be appreciated

For 500 test per week you could try 0.25mg adex EoD. This will take a few weeks to get your E2 down to normal levels, you should start to see your libido and function return to normal during that time. After three or four weeks get blood testing again to see if you need to increase or decrease that amount.

How we doing op, did you add your ai dosages? are you feeling better?

one of the test is under dosed for sure... your for 500mg a week your testosterone should be about 65-70 nmol/L
