TLDR version: How much protein do you recommend I take on cycle?
Hello all. In about 5 months, I intend to do a cycle and do as clean of a bulk as I can. And by clean, I really mean a lean bulk. If I weren't on the gear, I know a 15% calorie surplus would net me about a pound a week (maybe .5) but I think I can manage more with the gear.
Macros I'm looking at are: 250g protein, 400g carbs, and 100g fat. That puts me at about 3500 calories.
I'm thinking, since some gear helps the synthesis of protein, maybe upping the protein to 300g and dropping carbs to 350. I just am not sure at what point the lack of carbs will affect my energy.
The cycle will be 600mg of test E for 12 weeks, with 75mg anavar the last 7 weeks. I'm 6'3, 205 lbs, and 14% bf.
