My meals today

4:15 Am Banana
7:00 Turkey Sandwich with whole wheat bread
9:00 Same as above
1:30 2 Eggs and Two slices of toast
3:00 Gym Chest/Quads
4:30 PWO Shake...32 Grams whey...banana...2 onces gatorade...half cup of oats....all blended....
7:00 3 Tacos homemade tacos with lean ground beef avacados and tomatos...

I am currently off cycle...is this enough to maintain my weight while off cycle...

5'7 160 about 8 % Body fat
 
Thats like 150 or so g of protein I think. Maybe I'm off. Your not a big guy and you want to keep bf low so in my opinion that sounds like it should be enough to MANTAIN, probably not enough if you want to pack on mass though. Ill let someone else speak up I havent really decided if its enough yet.
 
Thnx for the reply mate...When I go on cycle ill start adding some more protien...thnx man just wanna know if this will hold me over
 
If your not doing any crazy cardio and your not looking to pack on mass, then I would say this should def. be enough to maintain where your at.
