youd get more overall Hypertrophy from squatting ATG with less weight IMO. That ROM would be ok for building quads though i suppose.
 
I'm notoriously strict on parallel calls, and that looked pretty high to me, but it can be hard for me to call shorter guys so I wanted some more input.
 
To me it looked pretty good, but I still don't know how guys can go parallel with heavy weights w/o killing their knees.
 
nice squats bro. i used to go that heavy, and about that low, but imo i feel it more going a bit lighter and having my ass touch my ankles....nice job nonetheless.

What?

I may be coming from a different perspective here, being a PL'er...but (in my fed at least) Parallel is defined as "the hip crease being in line with the top of the knee cap".

That was about 4" higher than that...
