Hey everyone,
I'm writing this thread for two main reasons.
1- To thank 3J for being the helpful and great dude he is.
2- To make sure everyone, especially people who are new to bodybuilding and to this forum, realize how crucial a good diet is in our long journey to reach our goals.
I have been working out for a couple of years, with a goal of getting bigger and stronger, which everyone almost wants to achieve a healthy and powerful body. I knew that fitness and training should be a part of a healthy lifestyle. Not only some short term goal to achieve and then lose all the gains after. I couldn't be more confident that a good diet is the key to get to my goals. How do I know, because I took care of everything else but this aspect, and I can say I was unsuccessful and much of my time and effort went to waste.
I have a well defined and low fat body. However it seemed impossible to gain weight....quality weight.
After contacting 3J, and explaining the situation, he said that it should be easy. So it was!!
I filled out a questionnaire and answered all his questions and provided my measurements. Next day, a preliminary diet was set for me to follow for a week to find out how my gains will be.
Has anyone of you guys sent an email to a wrong address and received a thunder quick automated reply from the server saying: wrong recipient email and message could not be delivered.... Well it is the same when emailing 3J but the message includes answers to your inquiries..
Not only he answered any diet related questions, but he provided me with workout routines, critiqued my own, and provided his sincere advice.... Nothing is out of his scope...
I am still working with 3J, I started to add weight just like I want and 3J is still monitoring my progress... After all, I know he is one click away if I needed any help, especially with my diet.
To all you guys out there, please watch for your diet and learn how to discipline yourselves in following them. In case you need a shortcut to get to your goals, and you need a diet genius to guide you there, just try 3J and you will know what I am talking about!!!
I will include updated info for my progress, and maybe some photos for before, during and after...
