-Pumps in the gym are fantastic
- strength is going up very slow but steady
- really starting to feel the prop the last couple of days. Increase in aggression in the gym.
- deca starting to make joints feel better. Can't wait till it's fully kicked in
Got sick the past weekend. Couldn't keep anything down so that put a little damper on weight gain.
Weight has went from around 165 fasted in the morning to 171. Not bad but not great.
