Is this your first cycle?
Who recommended this cycle to you?
Whoever did stay far far away from them.
I don't know what you looked like before, but by judging you pics you was heavy before you started. You were going to use drugs to try and get you down in weight. Bro its not going to work. Test is the last drug you need when you have bodyfat levels. People can bitch an argue all day long that test must be included in a cycle I dont always agree with that. It depends on your goals.
Depending on how long you have been working out and your current level of training, I would not have prescribed testosterone in your cycle. I would have gone with very mild compounds such as winstrol, primo, anavar, and eq.
This is how this thing works. You can be ripped at 170 and look big and people will think you must be so strong and you can't even bench your bodyweight. Or you can be 230 at 24% bodyfat and people will look at you like a fatass and think your week when really your benching 315 for 6 reps.
Now the thing is who would respond better to steroids and what would the differences be?
OK take the 170lber on a good test cycle. He is already lean so of course he is going to gain alot of bodyfat in 10 weeks. He is going to gain a good bit of muscle and it will look better on him due to his leaness. Plus he will encounter less health problems, unless he has a gentic condition, especially with blood pressure.
Now in your case, you were heavy before, your blood pressure was already high, more than likely. So when you jumped on this test cycle, sure you built muscle, but your still a fat guy, and please dont take those comments as insults. Your just a more muscular fat guy.
I would seriously diet down and loose about 20 lbs of bodyweight. Try and keep your lifts heavy to preserve as much muscle as possible. Of course we dont want to lose any. Then we you get down to a certain point, try and bulk up then. Right now is just not the time for you. You need to be in a weight lose routine as of now for both your physique and your health.
Those 3 more weeks of dbol and sustanon will only do more damage. Take your health into consideration here. You are already holding a good bit of fat, especially in you waist and lower back. That dbol is going to make things a lot worse.
If you can try and score some winstrol, anavar, tren, or even primo if you can afford it. Go on a diet for at least 12 weeks. Keep your reps heavy to preserve that muscle. Also don't lose to fast, we dont want sagging skin here. Try and go slow.
Its like this:
Start off eating 6 meals a day religiously.
Chicken should be the basis of your diet and main protein source. Protein shakes should only be used once a day if possible.
If you are loosing weight to fast, then replace ONE meal with a lean source of red meat. See how that goes.
If your weight lose is not going as fast as you would like then replace TWO chicken meals with a white fish.
Vegatables will be the next important thing. Eat at least a cup with every meal.
Carbs, go with either sweet potatoes, black beans, or red potatoes. Those are some of the slowest burning carbs you can get. Oatmeal also for breakfast.
Eat a whole sweet potato, cup of beans, or 4 small red potatoes at each meal up until the last two. Then for meal number 5 break the carbs in half, then meal number 6, no carbs just your veggies.
Now after 4 weeks see how your doing and adjust things. No dramatic changes can be made up until then. The further you get into the diet the more changes you will have to make. The carbs may go down to half a potato for meals 1-4 and then no carbs at meals 5-6. It can also go like this, split the meals in half and eat every 1.5 hrs as opposed to every 3 hrs. to put your metabolism into hyberdrive.
But nothing to dramatic at first. Take things slowly. Start adjusting as you get closer to your 12 or 16 week period.
Supps should be a multi, vitamin c, vitamin e, glutamine, lots of glutamine, and build your way up with niacin, helps open the ateries and gets blood flowing better.
If I can help anymore let me know. Just a few suggestions. Get that weight off first, then become a monster. I would suggest a 2lb weight loss each week, no more, no less. In 16 weeks that would be a 32 lb drop of fat, while you retained muscle, which could be excessive, or for a 12 week that would be 24lbs which is probably right on target. Just stay strict all the way through.
Oh, pick one day out of the week, not a training day though, to say the hell with you diet and eat whatever you want. But after that day, go back to your diet. You must trick the metabolism.
