First cycle, going to more than likely run test e 500 a week for 12 weeks, pretty sure will add anavar for week 6 to 12 at 60 to 100mg per week...
Stats. Age, 28
Height 6 feet
Weight 198
Bf (electrical impedance) 10 percent, although I'd say its probably closer to 11 or 12
Trained for at least 5 years, I not really count Em as its just fun to me.
Goal, gain a good 10 to 15 lbs, something sustainable while off. Also keep bf percent as low as possible I'd actually like to reduce bf get to 7 or 8 percent
I should have Adex in hand soon if I didn't get screwed by supplier. Will run Adex if sides start to happen, hcg will be used weeks 2 or 3 till end of cycle, then first two weeks into pct,.
Gear should be medistar,(if I receive it)although after reading up hearing its hit or miss, will get aml gear for future orders I think, since they seem to get some good ratings on this forum (in canada btw)
Diet, this goes hand in hand with goal, I like the idea of mass but really prefer o lower bf percent. So I'd say goal is lean clean bulk. Will start by eating 300 cals over tdee, and raise it to 500 or 800 or lower it depending on results. Food is all clean, organic, non processed no sugar, veggie juicing kinda diet, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, chicken ect. Been on the clean eating bandwagon for years sorry diet is vague,
