My planned, cycle, comments plz

First cycle, going to more than likely run test e 500 a week for 12 weeks, pretty sure will add anavar for week 6 to 12 at 60 to 100mg per week...

Stats. Age, 28
Height 6 feet
Weight 198
Bf (electrical impedance) 10 percent, although I'd say its probably closer to 11 or 12

Trained for at least 5 years, I not really count Em as its just fun to me.

Goal, gain a good 10 to 15 lbs, something sustainable while off. Also keep bf percent as low as possible I'd actually like to reduce bf get to 7 or 8 percent

I should have Adex in hand soon if I didn't get screwed by supplier. Will run Adex if sides start to happen, hcg will be used weeks 2 or 3 till end of cycle, then first two weeks into pct,.

Gear should be medistar,(if I receive it)although after reading up hearing its hit or miss, will get aml gear for future orders I think, since they seem to get some good ratings on this forum (in canada btw)

Diet, this goes hand in hand with goal, I like the idea of mass but really prefer o lower bf percent. So I'd say goal is lean clean bulk. Will start by eating 300 cals over tdee, and raise it to 500 or 800 or lower it depending on results. Food is all clean, organic, non processed no sugar, veggie juicing kinda diet, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, chicken ect. Been on the clean eating bandwagon for years sorry diet is vague,

Thoughts, comments appreciated.

1. Adex should be used on cycle, not just kept on-hand.
2. Anavar would be utilized better if usage was halted the day before post cycle therapy (pct).
3. There is no need for hCG during post cycle therapy (pct).
4. I assume your post cycle therapy (pct) would consist of both Clomid & Nolva.
5. Be sure to commit to blood work to maintain a healthy state.

.25 EOD is a good start until you get blood work mid-cycle to verify and make any protocol adjustments .

Goal is shooting for the moon, but nothing wrong with that. That's how you get good results.

Thanks! Appreciate feedback. I figure most ppl just go with test e for first cycle, hope adding the avar is not overkill, n waste of cash, but feel like its going to be useful considering goals.
 
Austinite means the chances of you achieving those goals are not likely but aiming for them will force you to bust your ass when it comes to training and diet so the only drawback may be some disappointment from not achieving your goals as you stated them. It's better to aim high and not reach than to aim low and not challenged yourself :)

Yeah for sure better to aim high. Anything I'm missing that would stack the deck in my favor better? Figured adding aas was doing that already. Ha ha. Would be more than a little pissed if goal is not met or at least come close to.

Well adding 10-15lbs of lbm means you'll have to bulk. Bulking implies a gain of both muscle and fat. To gain that much lbm and reduce Bf by 3-4% is not realistic although increasing lbm will slightly lower your BF % on its own.

Your best bet of even coming close to the goals you mentioned would be to include 3J as your diet guru or at the very least make a thread in the diet section to optimize your nutrition. Those will have a greater effect than the AAS you use and much cheaper I might add. 3J helped me as well as hundreds of other members on here and I have YET to see any negative reviews of his services. I've been on and off these forums for over a year and I've seen mixed reviews on every source/lab, gear, etc but not a single negative review of 3J's services. Another thing would be to post up your training routine to see if it can be tweaked as well. Gear will def help you achieve your goals but if you have gear, nutrition, and training on your side you'll be much happier with the results.

Not sure actually if this style is ideal for use with aas, usually train 4 to 5 days a week, 2 body parts per day. I'm thinking a progressive loading workout style workout might be better for use with aas. Honestly the high volume I find I feel better from.

This guy is about the bottom line of his business not the betterment of training or nutrition.

I'm like you and not clueless in regards to diet but feedback and OBJECTIVITY are always nice additions. He's lent help in my log and help put things into perspective even if it wasn't macro related. He's a great help but if you want another option, make a thread in the diet section with macros, TDEE, stats and goals along with a proposed diet and you can get critique from some members here too

I only partially read about his training, once I found out about his nutritional advice I just lost interest completely in anything he had to say. Not to say there's nothing to it but there are plenty of other methods and progression routines by ppl I respect and admire to want to continue reading his material. I'm probably against the norm on here and prefer strength gains to anything so progressive loading, periodized training, etc are where I would focus my efforts. I do it on cycle and off but again strength is my main pursuit.

Well posted on his board diet stats goals ect, will see what he suggests. I loathe low carb, I find it unsustainable, and possibly causing more harm than good in the aftermath/ down the road. I can barely tolerate carb cycling. So ill see what his advise is.

Ha, I only really read about his training, not much about his nutrition, since I figure I've heard it all before. Now knowing he big on selling his sups, makes me feel better for ignoring in the first place. Strength is good, I'd like some size.. Going to fish for workout/size advice... Thanks for the help...
