Hey Fellas
Here's the deal, I'm in the last week of my first cycle:
500mg Testex (Cyp)
300mg Deca
My Gains
Weight Before: 165lbs
Weight After: 190lbs
Bodyfat Before: 17%
Bodyfat After: 19%
I really wanna keep my gains, but I also wanna lose some fat too
Post Cycle Diet:
3500 cals per day
50% Protein 30% Carb 20% Fat
Post Cycle Training:
Cut the weights down to 3x a week and do HIIT cardio @ 3x a week.
Supplements:
Weeks 1-2: Clen
Weeks 3-4: ECA (Xenadrine)
Weeks 5-6 Clen etc
