I am currently eating meat 3 times a day, and protein powder 2 times a day. (5 meals a day)
Im wondering, would it make a difference if I ate meat 2 times a day, and protein powder 3 times a day instead?

I know meat cant be beat, but Im only changing one meal from meat to powder. Thanks guys.
And yes, im also eating my proper ammounts of carbs and healthy fats with my meals as well, lol.
