I start every morning with 10-12 egg whites (eggbeaters)with a half cup of lowfat cottage cheese mixed in and 2 slices of ezekial bread. 7am
early lunch is either tuna or grilled chicken raps with spinach/lettuce and chia seed sprinkled with whole grain tortillia 10am
