My routine.

I tend to vary it a bit, but here it is.
Day one
Chest
Flat bench 4 sets, 15-8 reps each
Decline Bench: 3 Sets 15-10 reps each
Incline Dumbell: 3/4 sets 15-10 reps each
Dips: 4 sets of 15-10 each
Pectoral fly: 4 sets 15-10 reps each
Triceps
Cable tricep extensions 3 sets 15-10 reps each
seated Tricep extensions 3 sets 15-10 reps each
overhead tricep ext' 3 sets 15-10 reps each
Biceps (sometimes swapped to Day two)
curls 4 sets 10-15

Day two
Pushups 3 sets of 10
decline pushups 3 sets of 20
Incline pushups 3 sets of 10
pullups: 3 sets of 15-10
Back and shoulders
lat pulldowns - 4 sets of 15-8
Seated row - 4 sets of 15-8
Military press 4 sets 15-8
Shrugs 3 sets of 15-8
Rear delt Fly 3-4 sets 15-10
Dumbel raises 3 sets 10-15
(for lower back don't know the name of the exercize but it works none the less)

Day three
Pushups 3 sets of 10
decline pushups 3 sets of 20
Incline pushups 3 sets of 10
Abs
Just various ab machines and situps and crunches
Legs
Seated calf raises: 4 sets of 15
Standing calf raises: 4 sets of 15
Leg press: 5 sets of 10-8
Dead lifts: 5 sets of 5
Leg raises 4 sets of 10-15

Day four ( Day one repeated
Day five (day two repeated)
Day six (day three repeated)

For my cardio, i've just been just strait up running. 1.5-2.5 miles a day.

The reason i do all the pushups is becuase i want to get good at them for when i leave for the army.

why all those pushups? youre not allowing your chest to recover from the 1st day. far too much upper body work. and I dont see squats anywhere on leg day.
 
You got deadlifts in there on leg day. Try doing deads 1st exercise on back day for back thickness and overall strength. I didn't see squats in your routine either.

Becuase i'm going to be forced to do them everyday in 9 months... Might as well get good at them.

I might start up squats AFTER wrestling season.



6 days of weights is a lot IMO

My goals? well after wrestling season i figure i'll be 25 lbs lighter. I want to maintain that weight, become faster and have a stronger upper body.
