4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts(Semi-Frozen)
1 Can Whole Green Chile
1 Container of Cream Cheese
1 package Monterey Jack Slices
1 Package Sliced Ham
Toothpicks


For this to work without destroying the chicken, we need to get to it while it is still semi frozen.

In the Meaty part of the Breast, cut into the breast as you were going to butterfly it.. Try not to cut the whole thing in half, but kinda cut a 'pocket' into the chicken so we can stuff the ingredients into it.

Take a green chile and peel it in half and place it in breast.
1 spoonfull of Cream Cheese into pocket.
1 Slice of Jack Cheese
1 Slice of Ham

Take your toothpicks and try to close up your pocket. Poke it through the top portion of the breast then stick it in the bottom side.. You will get the hang of it and see what needs to be done for keeping everything insode.

Cook the chicken either in the oven or Grill(My Favorite). When you see the Cream cheese and stuff trying too ooze out, the chicken is probably doen. Cut into it and make sure its cooked thoroughly and enjoy!
