my test/tren bulk cycle... :)

After much debate i think i have decided on my next bulk cycle...

1-4: 50mgs Dbol ED
4-14: 75mg Tren-a ED
1-16: 700 test-e

prami and adex for sides

(Id like to try Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) at 500 ius/week through out, but for some reason its really hard to find were i live.. so ill prob just do a blast and a normal Clomid PCT after)

Ive been researching high test low tren and visa versa.. and im thinking for this run im trying higher test obviously lol. ANYWAYS what do you guys think?

stats: 24, 5'10, 237, approx 15% bf
Goals: gain as much solid mass as possible :) id like to be 265 at the end of it
 
I STARTED!!! :) im gonna try to keep this updated at least once a week. ill probably just list how my gains are coming, changes in diet, any sides, strength gains, or whatever seems like its worth posting :)

PS i dropped down to 230lbs :( i hate coming off! so starting at 230. still shooting for 265LB!

I don't want to rain on your parade, but I would lower that expectation a bit for your gains. Tren is king no doubt, but 35lbs is a TON of mass to put on. Especially if you're taking your adex properly, which will keep that water weight down, giving you more accurate results to what you really put on. I'm happy with 5lbs of LBM (picture a 5lb roll of beef at the grocery store, it's a LOT) over that time period. Also, if you have any excess fat, that will likely drop down a bit if your diet is in check due to tren's amazing nutrient partitioning abilities. Because of this, I'd use a tape measure instead of relying on a scale to gauge actual results. ;)

If your using tren for bulking I recommend you look into over the counter cholesterol reducing supplements like garlic extract. And you make sure to have a clean bulking diet. Tren will wreak havoc on your cholesterol levels man. And arimadex is bad for cholesterol to. Watch your blood pressure and make sure cholesterol is kept in mind and you don't do a dirty bulk. Cholesterol levels are no joke!
 
you wont die from a single cycle with high cholesterol but some times it is a bitch to get it back down to normal levels and it can turn into a problem if your a perma bulker.
 
im deff going to be doing a clean bulk.. ill cheat here and there with "dirty meals" that are still high quality in regard to there nutritional value. but ill deff have to watch the cholesterol. thanks for the tips Mad-scientist.

and i know 35lbs is prob a bit unrealistic. no doubt not even close to that weight would be Lean muscle.. but i don't think i have ever reached any goal i have set for myself.. probably bc they are always lofty. i suppose i look at it like this: if you shoot for 35lbs and only gain 25 its still and impressive result. maybe im a little backwards in that thought process lol

Nothing wrong with shooting for the moon by any means. :) I just wanted to make sure others reading about tren didn't think that they'd grow a third bicep because the AAS Gods deemed them worthy. ;) I too often have pretty high goals, which I think is a very important part of actually meeting them in the end. :D

It is the only steroid I am afraid of. It put me in a really bad place mentally. The side effects can hit hard and strong all at once. Not trying to scare you, but just be aware, brother.

Thanks for the warnings bro. from what i have read and heard about the tren sides they can be "harsh"... mentally i have no doubt that i can handle any aggression or depression that may incur. im planning on night sweats and insomnia bc i already get both lol. the only one that really worries me is the zero cardiovascular ability...
 
it hasnt quite been a week yet so nothing too special to update. but i put on about 3lbs (water from the dbol im sure). but this test fucking hurts! seriously feels like an egg in my muscle... im using strango test-350. i was thinking about trying a warm compress and rubbing it out but it hurts to lightly push on it. this is gonna be a long ass 4 months but wellllll worth a little discomfort
