What u need:

1 c whole almonds
1c pecans in halves
1/3 c plain oats
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 c of orange flavor dried cranberries (or reg cranberries)
1c dried apricots.


This is how you make it:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Put the nuts and oats in a bowl and coat lightly with cooking spray (about 3 shots)
Drizzle with 1 tbsp honey and mix in cinnamon.
then, place nuts evenly in a baking sheet and toast for 15 minutes.
(Stirr them occasionally.

Once they cool, you add the second tbsp of honey & the dried friut.


(This makes about 5 serving)

I make this often, makes a good on snack when your on the go.
and kids school lunches.
