Hey fellas, thanks for reading this! I am a pretty quiet guy... not the type who will go up to the big dudes in the gym to start a conversation about steroids. So you guys are my best hope for some useful information.
I'm afraid this post will be somewhat long. I'll do my best to condense it.
Stats: 33 y/o, 6'0", 215. 18% BF. Been working out since high school. Pretty good genetics, but never really got CRAZY big like I want to.
Did a cycle of some oral crap in my early 20's. A few years ago, I did a cycle of straight Deca (I KNOW... I KNOW)
Had NO clue what I was doing. No Test with it... no post cycle therapy (pct)... NOTHING! I asked a buddy for juice; he got me a vile of Deca and I stuck in it my ass for 10 weeks. Got pretty big, met the girl of my dreams and couldn't fuck her for three months because my dick was limp. It took me more than a year (!!!) to get back to normal, which my blood tests finally confirmed. Anyway, I will never again put anything into my body without researching it first. What a terrible experience. That's why I'm here.
I've been hitting it hard in the gym for the past couple of years, and I'm ready to do an anabolic cycle.... the right way. I ran Havoc in January and February. It went pretty well. Got some modest gains and hardened up a bit. I have literally been reading posts on bodybuilding forums like this one for 6-8 hours a day for the past month in preparation. The knowledge some of you bros possess is absolutely mind-blowing. Major props.
Okay, here goes.
I have Test-Cyp and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) ready to roll, and I'm leaning towards stacking that with Tren-E. That's the meat and potatoes of the cycle. What I'm totally confused about is which supps to also take while on-cycle. What follows is just a *PARTIAL* list of AI's and supps forum members have suggested for on-cycle usage to guys about to begin cycles similar to mine.
- Arimidex or Aromasin
- Omega 3-6-9
- Hawthorn berries
- Liver Juice
- Liv.52
- Proviron
- Taurine
- Toco-8
- BCAAs
- EAA
- Cycle Assist
- Bromociptine
- Cabergoline
- Pramipexole
- Organ Shield (contains Milk thistle, Saw Palmetto, NAC, ALA, etc.)
As you can imagine, my head is spinning!!! I can easily research what each of those things do, but I don't know which of them are redundant and unnecessary.
My main concerns, like everybody else, are nut shrinkage and hair loss.
So which of the above would you include to the following cycle?
Test Cyp - 500mg/wk. -- 1-10
Tren E - 300-400mg/wk. -- 1-8
HCG - 250-400 IU 2x/wk. -- 2-10
Does that look about right? I read to start the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) in week two, and I read to run the Test two weeks longer than the Tren.
My main goal is to rock up my core -- chest to abs. Might Winstrol (winny) actually be a better choice for that than Tren, especially if I might have a progesterone sensitivity? (I've never had gyno, but my chest needs some hardening). And if I do indeed go through with the Tren, will Cabergoline effectively address this issue?
For post cycle therapy (pct), I'm thinking of running HCGenerate solo for the two weeks after the last Test shot. Then Torem -or- Nolva for four weeks. Some of the other post cycle therapy (pct) products which were recommended are Sustain Alpha, Diesel Test Hardcore, Glycobol, BCAAs, Beta Alanine, Anabolic Pump, and of course some type of Creatine.
I feel like I have a pretty good working knowledge of the purpose of every chem. I'm just not sure which are NECESSARY and which are overkill.
