After day five I go back to back to day 1. I do three days of weights and then a day of just cardio, so that way I am hitting my muscles every 5th day
 
You are definitely strong. Just at a glance it seems like too much reliance on hammer strength/smith machine stuff. Also perhaps a little less volume and more multi-joint movements, for example on tri day instead of doing all thos press downs why not do dip, cg bench, or skulls? Or try some pull ups instead of all the pull downs. Like pb said if its working don't change it too much.

the reason i use hammer strength and other machines is to work around my injuries
