Nagging back injury

I have some old sports injuries in the lower back that act up on me every few month now.

I met some people from Canada and they suggested stretching my hips along with the back.
This change really seems to be helping a lot. Fast.

Just a suggestion for other members who might be in the same situation
 
yea, i have the same. lower back pain from rugby. nothing really helps but stretching hammies, quads, groin, hip flexor etc all seems to make the biggest difference.

i try to stretch 3 times a day
