I think you should ask nandi yourself what he has personal experience with if you want to know. I know from his past posts but you might want to just ask him. Your hero worship is touching by the way.
You said yourself that observation is interchangeable with actually using AAS, so what does it matter if he has actually used them becuase we all know he has observed. And keep your ignorant comments to yourself. You and Macro have something in common.

It sounds like you've gotten the idea that nandi has debated this with Macro. Nandi never debates Macro. Nandi posts and Macro corrects him when he overlooks something or gets it wrong. That's it.
Based on some of the debates on CEM, I'd certainly say that wasnt even close to true. Hell, even BC tore him a new asshole if you wanna start talking shit.

You make this sound like someone is personally attacking nandi.
In the way it was presented, I believe it was to attack him.

IThe best time of nandi's life was when he was in school and in many ways his board allows him to keep a piece of that and that's great.
Another stupid comment. You and macro make an excellent team.

He just doesn't always get it right. Who does?
This is the first reasonable statement you made. I agree, no one is right all the time. If I had to bet, I'd take his word over your boyfriends though.

This is not the point. I was most upset with the way it was presented. It should have been posted on his board for him to defend. I, me, saw it as an attack. Reminds me of the ppl who talk shit behind your back and when confronted they back off.

Hey ready2explode, do you ever have anything positive to say....or do you just come here to argue and stir things up ?????

And with estrogen, it is both an anorectic and lipolytic hormone. The anorectic, or appetite suppresive, effect is thought to be due to an estrogen induced inhibition in Melanin-concentrating hormone signaling (1).

The fat loss effects are thought to be due primarily to an estrogen induced suppression of lipoprotein lipase, the body's main fat storage hormone. The link I directed you to earlier goes into great detail.

People who talk about "estrogenic fat" are just looking at one limited aspect of estrogen's action. There is no such thing as estrogenic fat. The net action is one of fat burning. In fact, to quote from the leading expert on the hormonal control of fat,

"Oestrogens seem to exert net effects similar to those of testosterone" (2).

Interestingly, recent research has even attributed at least part of testosterone's fat burning properties to its local aromatization to estradiol (3).
