Nandrolone (Deca Durabolin) Dosage ...

I'm about to start a short cycle of Winstrol (injectable). Because in the past it caused me major joint issue, I'm going to take some Deca to (hopefully) counteract this side effect.

Would really like advice on dosage of the Deca from someone in the know.
