hey bros just ordered some nandrolone phenylprop and cant find a recepie for conversion. Can anyone help me out ?

For solvent use 4% BA and 4%BB. Then just follow the normal procedure.

how how many mls will i get from 5g and wot mg/ml will it be ?

how many ml you get is dependant how what concentration you make it. 5g@100mg/ml will yield 50ml.
