npp is a fairlly common for of deca , most reviews have been very good.

Lol you must mean nandrolone phenylpropionate or NPP. I've used it and really liked it. Honestly I use it with deca. I start both and drop the npp after 5 weeks basically as a jump start for the deca. I have never used just npp but will at some point. It just means more frequent injects.

This is exactly what I did. If I were to do it again I'd bump the dose a little higher on the NPP and drop it a bit for the deca for the first 5 weeks.

But, yeah, NPP works nicely. Noticeable strength and size gains within two weeks instead of six.
