natural gyno will using ai or serns help?

I've had a bit of gyno since puberty now 24. Puffy nipples rather than breasts. Question is do you think using any type of Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or sern or anything for that matter will get rid of them. I've had my bodyfat to 10% and they are still there so diet won't get rid of them.

Thats called pubertal gyno. That happens because tjeres a rush of estrogen in the body of a prepubecent or pubecemt male. Mine was self inflicted I started smoking marijuana at age 11 stopped at age 14 but the damage was done. For this to be undone is more than likely to need surgery. It is already formed and has been there for years so no amountof Aromatase inhibitor (AI) will help as my doctor stated to me. He also said to be careful and keep an eye on it as to not be antagonized by use if testosterone and the aromatazing effecta of it. Thus far week 5 no issues at all.

The data on it is contradictory but my doc is prety adament in the fact that when your using at a young age, your are drenching your body with the effects of it whicj include hightened estrogen levels. If your a young man and your drenching yourself with estrogen before puberty theres a good chance that gyno will take place. If you do a search on the net there are a lot of scholarly articles on Marijuana use and gyno to include other drugs that can cause gyno in a man.

Thanks. Going to have to look more into it for sure. Could very well be the reason for my prepubertal gyno. Unfortunately I started around the same time.
