Natural Training Side Effects

On...
Been reading through a few posts regarding the side effects of various steriod use.

I'm just interested to read about any side effects you guys have experienced whilst training naturally. I have recently jumped into weight training just over four months ago and I'm loving every minute of it (bulking at the moment - YEY!).

I've started to notice a few changes in terms of mood (ever so slight), also some increased acne, increased appetite, sex drive has gone down (slightly), and I'm becoming increasingly more lethargic whilst not training.

Cheers Walls.

Really? Makes sense when I think about it, but never thought about it like that...

A few have made comments that I'm possibly overtraining, but I don't hear none of it, or haven't really listened. Suppose it's wanting to get results too quick... Slow down on the cards for me I think...

how old are you?
increased acne is most likely a by product of sweating while you are lifting..thik about it if you didnt workout/sweta in the past and now you are lifitng 3+ days per week you are sweating more than usual

while lifts such as the squat dead may increase test and GH levels i do not think they will raise them all that much that one would need to use anciallries LOL..
same line of thinking here with mood swings which are tied to hormones-perhaps your body is going through a natural hormonal change that just happens to coincide with your new lifting program

I'm 30 years old....

Tend to take a clean towel to the gym each day, and dab only!

Previously I have trained for a little over 10 years with Tae Kwon Do & Choi Kwang Do clubs. There have been a few years of doing nothing in between, and then hit the gym for something I've always had an interest in. Never suffered any acne in over ten years whilst previously training, and sweated a fair bit then too!

The mood thing could be from hunger I suppose, I tend to be quite carb sensitive, so I'm trying to keep a tight watch on my diet, could be related I suppose.
