how good can you actually get natural ?

is steeve reeves about the best natural body
one could achive ?

For his genetics it was, good and lean, and a beach body most any woman would kill for.

I think with today's training and supps and great genes, you could do a bit better.

But 99% of guys who look like that are On, or at least were at some time.

A friend of mine was jacked at 5'5 and 190-some, everybody accused him of being on steroids, but I know for a fact that he's always been natural.

I am Completely natural, 5ft7in 210lbs at 7% bodyfat, I have been accused of being on steroids, for me diet and training are the biggest elements of bodybuilding success not steroids.

yeah .........im pretty big guy myself natural
started out with 19 inch calves lol

just gets me down that most of my hero's were on the juice

are then any other famous natural guys
one could use for inspiration ?

also

were any of these guys natural
i cant find any info on them

"larry scott" "reg park" "bill pearl"?

ive been training only one year, but the entire time cutting...since then ive been monitoring BF % and such, and have not lost any lean mass.

I started off at 342.5 lbs (don' tknow what my BF% was until i was under 330 cause the scale only went to that lol)...

Right now at night i weigh 286 @ 27.2% which put me at around 208 lbs LBM...not bad for a beginner who hasn't even tried to bulk yet (I cant wait! lol).

I am 6'3 25 yrs old, wide shoulders...dont take ANY supplements other than a multivitamin.

i take protein, and lots of it... and tahts it
im 20 years old, 6'3" at about 260 lbs (fluctuates about 2-3 lbs. daily) @ about a 12% bodyfat. 100% natural. :) so it is totally possible...

you can make very good gains naturally with the proper diet/training..i dont think gear is necessary unless you have aspirations of being 250+ @3%bf..i think most use gear because its its a quicker way to get the mass they want in shorter time..

You can do quite a lot, with a sound training routine and good diet, and the basic supps like creatine , protein powder etc..

Bro, I've put on 40ish pounds in the last 12 months taking a shitload of protein (upped it even more than it was before) and some creatine (10g on training days, 3-5 on off days). I've also done 3 cycles of M1T, so I guess you could say that I'm not 100% natural, but I firmly believe that I would've still gained at least 20-30lbs without it.

You can get a very nice physique naturally, but like's been said before on here, juice is just a quicker way to do it or only truly necessary if you want to be a freak.

In reference to Larry Scott, Bill Pearl and Reg Park:

Larry claims he never exceeded 10mg of d-bol per day. And this was only when competing. After becoming a mormon, he never touched the stuff again and still has a great build to this day at 64 years old. Bill Pearl claims he never took anything after 1967 but still had a great build for many years after. And probably still does in his 70's. I'm not sure about Reg. Never heard anything about his usage.

I think that prior to the late 60's steroid use was minimal. Once the 70's hit, everyone started pushing the envelope.

Today, you have Stan McQuay, Skip Lacour and Jeff Willet who are great "natural" role models. Wheather they are truly 100% natural or not, I'm not convinced but who knows for sure.

Being natural is commendable. It might as well be another sport altogether. Dieting and training have to be precise to see gains. And they come slowly. Using androgens can build muscles but training naturally builds character.
