7 wks off (broken elbow!)
So lately, i get up around 5:45 to do my morning cardio. I dont eat, but I take a thermo and then drink a water and 1 scoop of whey shake then go do cardio. I almost always get nauseated about the time i finish cardio...and cardio is just a mild-intense walk. I know it could be anything, but does anyone else seem to have the same problem? Is it the protein...the thermo...or do i need to just take a dump before i go to bed?
