My current routine: 500mg PSL Test E e3d, .5 adex e3d, 250iu HCG e3d, 40mg accutane ed.

Been running this work a while now. So the test E should be at it's max.

Heres my first blood results. I'll post what is high and low.

Also, what is the Important stuff to look mainly after filtering all of it?

Ast alt hemcocrit creatinine bun estradiol blood cell counts.

Fsh lh 6 weeks after pct to see if you recovered.

2k-3500ng/dl are typical (everyone is different, and labs will often have over/underdosed gear messing up the averages) for your dose of test.

The only thing that kind of strikes me odd is your platelet count. Have you recently donated, or on a blood thinner?

Read the FAQs link in my signature below. I provide a study that shows expected TT ranges for given testosterone dosages.

You should take NAC. Try about 1200mg daily. This will help your liver (ALT and AST).

Donate blood. Your hematocrit is getting on the high side.

I am surprised how high your E2 is given your Test and AI dosage. You must be higher in the body fat % range. Are you over 20%?

I agree. The platelet's are weird.

I think the enzymes are high due to the accutane I run. I run 40mg of it ED. Should I use 1.2g ed Nac anyways for this?

I have not donated blood yet. I am looking into it. I've been on 500mg test for a while now. I'm planning on dropping it to 250 within 1-2 weeks, would I still need to donate blood? If so, can I do it within a month?

I am not over 20% BF. More like 10%. I'm pretty lean, i'll post a recent picture so u can check. Maybe my adex is junk? Idk. What should I do about this?

The platelet? I have not donated blood recently at all. However, I do take 1g Garlic in the morning + 2g fish oil and 2g more fish oil before I go to sleep.

Yes, I would definitely take NAC daily.

I would donate blood, but your platelets are weird. You may want to consult with a doctor about this.

Take more Adex or try switching brands. Or try Aromasin instead.

I don't think garlic, etc would ha e any effect on platelets.

Ok, I'll look into the NAC next time I go to the store.

Do I have to push est down more, I'm not exp any gyno symptoms with that level anyways?

Do u think donating blood next month would be fine according to my bloods?

EDIT: Solved the platelet count for u guys.

Chemotherapy drugs AKA Accutane, which was once used for that purpose before treating acne. It lower RBC, WBC and platelets for about 29% users. fact on a study site.

Effects of Isotretinoin on the Platelet Counts and the Mean Platelet Volume in Patients with Acne Vulgaris

I would not wait to donate blood. If it gets too high you will be deferred. I don't see any advantage to waiting. I don't think you are going to stroke out though so it isn't an emergency

I would push E2 a bit lower. Yours in on the highish side. But nothing to panic about. Keep in mind that high E2 does more than cause gyno.

Wow, Accutane strikes again. I hadn't even thought about it. Just be careful; once your platelets drop too low, you may be at risk for bleeding to death if you sustain an injury.

What puzzles me is that exogenous testosterone tricks bone marrow into mass producing RBCs and platelets, yet Accutane has only really overridden the production of platelets, and then some.

I donate every other week as I'm constantly at the 500k mark, which is actually a clot risk - I wonder what's in the acne medication that can hinder that. I know what I'm going to do some looking into! (sorry was kind of thinking/typing out loud.) :spin:

Tron has you covered on everything else imo. :)

i tried to donate blood to red cross before, I dont think they checked for RBC before they take it? They usually prick the finger to check iron and pulse ect..

I tried to ask her my RBC count to check and she said she could not tell me..I got defered last time cause I had a high pulse rate for nervousness lol.

Anyways, I'm going vac for a week, so I was hoping to do it next month

They check hemoglobin.

Donate before you go on vacation. It only takes about 10 minutes.

Just out of curiosity, if RBC got too high say 55%, then u can't donate blood...Whats the way to resolve this?

Drop the test to 100mg cruise dosage till u can pass donation?

I talked to halfwit about grapefruit. It's got a good effect that can drop RBC by up to 5-8% if needed, but at the same time it can build up drug dosages by messing with half lifes.

Well, do you happen to know any nurses, or maybe a buddy in the military who is a medic, maybe a close friend who is a doctor or phlebotomist? Really, I think short of going on medication.. and maybe this grapefruit stuff you're talking to Halfwit about, all you could really do was have someone off the books draw you. I'm sure online you can personally order everything for the "operation".

Just remember you could die if they fuck up. And rather quickly..

I think it would honestly be best if you just got on the Red Cross App and scheduled a draw. Why wait for something this important?
