Need a training change...

The Shiznit
OK Supergirl/Frye/ and the rest of the gals, just finished a 6 week stretch to add some of that much needed leg muscle on, which has worked great (lots of heavy weights), also added some good def. to my arms and shoulders. Now its time to get rid of some of this fat that is covering it up.

Diet is on par, but I want to start a three day split (weights) and cover all the essential body parts. Will be doing cardio 4-5 times a week (30-40mins). Need the following:

What type of split would you recommend?

How many sets/reps each and what type of basic movements for each muscle group?

I would like to concentrate on fat loss and tightening everything up now.

Currently taking P-GH which is helping with recovery and sleep. Anxious to see what fat-burning effects it will have.

Thanks in advance.

Mad

Interesting, as my fiancee is seeing great results with muscle hardness and leaning out as well as the increased deep sleep and great recovery we are both experiencing.

Have you tried it or just making a blanket statement?

BTW, my question about new training methods for a three day split still remains open to the floor.

Madine, I don't want to piss of any mods/sponsors about this stuff so i really don't want to comment further about this product.

As far as results you might see... if your fiancee is young lad - younger than say 30 - many many factors could be at work that would make you think it's the P-GH. But, what you do with your money is your bidness ;)

Now, can someone answer Madine21's question about the splits before she gets irate about me stepping onher thread?

:D

Bro, this is a forum for people to express their views and opinions. If you have an opinion, even a negative one, we all (including mods and sponsors) would appreciate hearing it, as long as it is done tactfully. As for her fiancee, well, that's me, and I am very interested in your theory. Fl8meplz, shoot me a PM dude

Sorry honey, but had to jump on your thread for a second so fl8meplz and I could get out of here and you could get some answers.

Madine,

You might want to look at the HST type workouts, they are recomended for putting on size, but I found it really cut me up along with cardio 4 days a week. Lift mon, wed, fri, cardio 45 minutes on off days. Went from 14% to 10% in 6 weeeks w/o any change in diet. So I am sure with a lean diet you could see better results. Just my .02.
