Well first off, drop some of the protein shakes from your diet, and substitute chicken breasts or something substancial.

Also, I would recommend adding some rest days to your routine. You currently have 72 hours rest between repeating workouts, which is not enough. Add a minimum of 1 day rest before repeating. Every upper body movement heavily taxes the shoulder muscles. If you are hitting them hard every day, you are going to get a serious injury at some point. Resting makes you grow, not lifting.

Is this your first time using gear? If so, test and clen are the only things you should use. Run the test for 12 weeks, and finish up with the clen if you would like.

Thanks for the reply I'll look to do that and I do my HIIT in the morning before breakfast if that matters so more chicken less shakes ok... Yes first time with gear so doing HIIT with test okay? Will I lose BF that way? With a 1900 cal diet? Right after the test should I start clen or give a week or two? Is rui gonna be the best place for my rats? My HIIT consist of weights push ups pulls ups sprints and the an ripper x video from p90x I know you can't really gain muscle and lose fat so what could I expect from this cycle between now and July with this strict diet and work out reg?

You should check out http://www.steroidology.com/forum/burning-fat/631536-possible-lose-1-bf-week.html thread about losing 1% bf a week. It might give you some ideas.

So you have 6 months. I would recommend doing cardio if you are trying to cut on your first cycle. 500mg/wk test e is all that you would need, or even doing a smaller dosage might be something others could chime in on, such as a 250mg/wk maintenance dosage. Either way, you can keep your body anabolic, and lose a decent amount of body fat.

What I would recommend doing is talking to 3J on here. He is a forum sponsor, and does nutritional consultations and programs for customers. If you want to maximize your efforts over the next 6 months, or even first 3 months, 3J will help you achieve those goals.

There are juices that help you retain the muscle you have, even while on calorie deficit (which will shed the pounds). I'm current Army Infantry, btw. cheers
