need advice for urinalysis

RedBarns

Rookie...
I have an interesting question for you guys…Hopefully someone with experience with this can help me out. I passed a physical exam for my job two weeks ago which included blood work and a urinalysis. I haven’t been using steroids for about three months now and the blood work came back good but they said that I had blood in my urine. The blood in my urine comes from taking a lot of protein powder and creatine…not a big deal.

Here’s the problem, I started a test prop tren ace cycle a little more than a week ago, just after the physical, and now they want me to go piss again. It’s not a drug test, just a urinalysis for a physical. The question is, now that I’m on cycle, will any thing show up different in my urinalysis that would lead them to dig deeper (I’m in the military by the way). The last thing I need is for these guys to get suspicious. As far as the blood in my urine, if I quit taking the protein, creatine and the preworkout for a few days and drink a shit tone of water, I should be fine with that.

Any insight on this matter would be great…

I seriously doubt they can check for elevated test levels in a urine analysis...and I would slow down on the protien and creatine because if your pissing blood there is a good chance there is a problem with your kidneys or bladder bro...its def something to watch...thats probably why they are following up with another urinalysis...they might be looking for the base issue to why you have blood in your piss...not normal

Stop all that other stuff for now but I'm not so sure on that as the cause and cobra AAS can be tested in urine. That's how the majority of athletes are tested.

basically a urine test will show that its in your system but wont show and accurate reading as to how much or what your levels are correct?

If they found blood in your urine, why don't you take the guessing out of this and call them and ask what they are testing this time around? Just act concerened about your health.

Maybe just b.s them and tell them you heard it could be cancer and ask them if they are checking your hormone levels. ???

Thanks for responses guys,

This has happened twice before (I have to take a flight physical once a year). Two years ago I had to piss for them three times before they had a sample that had no traces of blood. Eventually they asked if I lifted heavy weights and if I take a lot of protein and creatine powders, which I obviously do, and they said that that was the source of the problem and that it was not a big deal. It's not like I'm pissing blood, just small traces that they detect during the urinalysis.

I plan on drinking a shit load of cranberry juice and water and I'll go back Monday afternoon and see what happens. Once again this isn't a drug test so I'm not too worried about it, just don't want these guys asking too many questions.

I never knew that high amounts of protein/creatine powder could cause this, but I guess that it does (something to keep in mind). I'll post after Monday if the cranberry juice/water detox does the trick.

i am just after havin same problem i am on & off test & deca for few years now but i dont keep up with protein or creatine i have started abit of insulin along with test/deca but have read up on it & no mention of urinating blood with insulin & this has never been a problem b4 so do i be worried?

Maybe got something to do with the "ph" of your urine, I've been told that people with positive PH can fail screens because of the nitrogen balance being "off" , falling into the "adulteraded" ph of fake urine and screening agents. I was told aminoe's and gear both cause this. Yes, I pee in a cup often, and they use ph strips to check for adulterants...
