Need Advice : Help With My Girlfriend Supplements

she's only going to lose so much...unless she stops eating all together. if her ankles are naturally thick, then you can't expect her hips/ass to be somehow disproportionately thinner. i'd recommend keeping same/similar diet/gear, but switch up workout routine - shock the body with something new. too many people (especially women) fall into a routine at the gym. also, she probably needs to hit the gym 4-5 days/week, and MORE cardio. just my humble opinion.
 
i'm going to agree with Diego.
Her upper body looks fairly lean, her problem is her ass and legs. Is she doing any kind of leg work, squats, SLDL? What kind of cardio is she doing. The initial lose of weight might have been water weight.
 
She looks good. If she keeps training hard, I'm sure that her legs will show a little more shape.
 
dypo..............I am a female and yes as I have found we all have the same problem areas. If she is really serious about that area not only does she need to do more cardio she needs to spend 45min 5x a week doing it but switch off 3x on the stair climber. Level 1 for 1min level 5 for 1min and then after about two weeks level 1 for 1min and level 5 for 2min. I HATE the stair climber but it works on the BUTT!!!! Forreal. Her diet looks okay. What is her goal anyway? I mean bodyfat % does she have one???

That would be my question. What is her leg program like? Her diet looks right on to me. Increase the cardio to at least 5 x per week. I personally like high/low intensity first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for fat loss.

seems like we have concensus. more cardio more days/week. the stepper (the good ol' fashion one) is indeed awesome IF you use it correctly. too many people use it in a manner that i wonder how it is they don't simply fall asleep on the thing. for me, if i use it, it's until failure or vomit. her gear should help her, but if not...once in a while throw in some caffeine sups. but not too much too often. good luck. you still on this board?

Hamstring + Glutes + Calf
I don't know her training by heart but it's 3 set of 3 exercice for each part.

For the cardio she is doing the stair master...

Is she using heavy/challenging weight??? I have found that doing a few high rep, light weight warm-ups and then 1-3 heavy sets of 4-10 reps works well for my legs. Just a thought.

And women do carry a higher percentage of BF. I would have guessed by looking at the pics you posted around 20-23%. But it is hard to tell by pics. And also, different BF testing methods can vary tremendously! So I wouldn't sweat the percentage too much. Just have her go by how she looks.
 
.............I agree with the idea that you have to use this really screwed up stair climber till vomit or at least failure.....I have watched the people that saunder aimlessly look like they would fall asleep...I know if I don't break a good sweat in 10min I am not working hard enough...also byp0 I am figuring that she is not interested in taking additional ingestible items correct? MORE CARDIO but when she is lifting I have found for myself that high reps lots of them, negatives in a circut form is a very interesting burn. GREAT fatloss experience...If she is not sweating its not working...Goodluck

Having a thigh ass and legs.. For her bodyfat, I don't know what it could be. My trainer took is bodyfat before the beginner of the new diet and supplement and said that she had 28% body fat... Is it possible...I know that girls bodyfat is higher then man, but it loook high to me...

It is very possible that her BF is 28%.If I had to guess I would have said 25%. Yes girls BF is higher but depending we can look leaner then you guys because of that. I think you need to see how seriouse she is..As said cardio first thing on an empty stomach...understood that a.m. does not work for her so I have been told that as long as I have an empty stomach before cardio 3hrs after food I am good to go..THEN EAT!!!!!!! Thats my 2cents for now...........
