I've heard clens is good for burning fat and toning up I'm just worried about the side effects. I haven't bought or taken any yet but I'm finding it hard to lose fat and tone. I go to the gym everyday apart from Saturday and my diet is spot on I think. I do cardio 3-4 times a week and then 6 days weights training a different part of my body each day. Any advice for me?

I'm 21 5"8 and 140lb body fat percentage is 17-18. My diet is 6 meals a day meal1 30g oats 2 tsp peanut butter and 50g rye bread then I go to the gym. After the gym I have meal 2 a banana and protein shake. Meal 3 I have 4 eggs ham 1 tsp peanut butter and 50g rye bread. Meal 4 protein bar. Meal five would be chicken beef or fish with sweet potato and veg. Meal 6 then would be 50gyoghurt, 30g mixed nuts 1tsp peanut butter and some blueberries. Maybe I'm eating too much?

IMO, you're eating too many carbs and fat and not enough protein. You want to either have moderate to high carbs and low fat or if you prefer a higher fat diet, reduce your carbs. What kind of protein bars do you eat? Some of those bars are actually quite terrible, nutritionally speaking. There are a couple though that are pretty decent and actually taste good lol! I'm not sure though whats available to you in your area, but a few of my favorites are Think Thin brand and Quest. You definitely need to up your protein for sure. As for the clen, I would hold off on that til you change your diet a bit and see what results you get from that. In the meantime, if you still want to take a fat burner, there are several on the market available at local nutrition stores you could try like Oxypro Elite or Lipo-6. Let me know how your progress goes! Hope this helps :D

Okay so cut out the bread and replace it with meat isit? And maybe cut down on peanut butter? The protein bars I use are phd diet whey or any diet protein bars really. I bought the clens today but might hold of using it yet.

Just curious, are you starving on your diet? And correct, cut out the rye bread. For example for breakfast you could have 40g oats, 250g eggwhites and 1 whole egg. Pre workout- 4 plain rice cakes, 2 tablespoons of almond/peanut butter and a scoop of protein powder, post workout- scoop of protein powder and 1/2- 1 scoop of waxy maize(which is a carb in powder form), meal 4- 125g chicken, 150g quinoa, and 25g almonds, Meal 5- 125g chicken and 300g green vegetables. Meal 6- scoop of protein powder and 100g frozen strawberries. This is just an example meal plan and is roughly I'd say 17-1800 cals depending on what foods/protein powder you use. You should really try the Quest bars, they are so addicting!!!!!!!!!! yummmm

Yes I do feel hungry then feel I'm eating to many calories. I'm gonna try cutting out the carbs I seem to put on weight rather than lose, could be gaining muscle though? Haven't heard of quest bars ill have to research lol
