need advice on fat loss

hello everyone.New here ,and i see lots of helpfull people on forums its good to see. anyway little histroy about my body. 28yrs old 5'8 189 ilbs of today a year ago 260 lbs. low carb the 50 -40 for like 9 months was stuck at 205 lbs for 5 months . cardio for 45 mins. on tread mill. anyway my ? last 10 weeks been eating nothing but 1-chicken breast for evry 3 hours,2 multivitams a day selnium vitamin e gallon water. Every 3 days carb up on 8 servings of vegies greens only.seem to be losing no more than like 1/2 -1 lbs a week.??? is this healthy ??? the diet ? im very sliod in the shoulder chest arms legs still got the flaby belly waust went from a 42-- to 34- in a year
 
only eating chickenbreasts sounds quite unhealthy. I think you should eat carbs at least for brekfast and post workout. of course theres no need to binge eat but still...

I only see cardio in there. try doing some strenght training as it keeps metabolism reved high for longer than cardio. some good oils like olive oil should also have its place in your diet.
 
Thanks just seems when i start to introduce some low impact carbs wighet loss just stops complety.it just seems wieght only comes off in ketosis .
 
the quality of the carbs are also very important. I write down some advice i got recently

eat oatmeal for breakfast.! cant get a better start for the day in my opinion.
eat fruit in the morning and as snack.
eat lots of veggies.
1/2 plat veggies
1/4 starchy carbs (brown rice,whole wheat pasta,potatoes)
1/4 protein ( fish, poultry, beans)

Dont eat at all: white pasta, white rice,white bread.
stay away from white flour as much as you can chose the really dark bread if you need it.

drink lots of water,juice,herbal tea, coffe

always eat breakfast. and dont eat carbs the last hours before bedtime.
