Need advice on first epistane cycle, 12 hours shift work

Hello guys I am planning on starting my first cycle on epistane and would like some advice from the experts. I work graveyard 12 hours shifts from 6:30pm-7:30am and play bball 2-3 times a week. Can someone give me advice on when and what times I should be taking epistane and my Aromatase inhibitor (AI). I plan to cut down on my bball to twice a week max and work out at 5-6pm 3 times a week.

here are my stats:
25yo
5'6"
140lbs

I plan to take epistane on a 4 week cycle with Aromatase inhibitor (AI) cycle support:
week 1- 10mg 1st day and 20 for the 1st week
week 2-20mg
week 3 -30mg
week 4 -40mg

PCT with nolvadex as follows:
week 1- 40mg
week 2- 40mg
week 3- 20mg
week 4- 20mg

by the way can someone pm me with where the best place to get nolvadex?

any advice would be great, thanks guys.

Really, I want to welcome you to the board and hope that you will stick around, but your stats not only indicate but confirm that you need to eat more food.

Please don't bother with responses such as "I eat a lot" "my diet is in check" "my metabolism is just really high" or "I just can't gain weight"

Fact is, if you eat enough your weight will go up.

Will a cycle pump your weight up? Yeah, honest truth is that it will. And then you'll loose all that weight you gained.

I admit that I don't eat 6 times a day with work and all its just been really hard. I have gone from 135 to 145 in the last 2 years. And worked my ass off although again I didn't eat enough maybe 3 to 4 times a day at the most. My goal weight is 155-160 at the most. I don't want to be huge but would just like to pack a little more muscle, than what I already have. I know I should just be eating but to be honest I need something to hit me quickly, I need a motivation. it took me 2 years to gain the 10lbs because I wasn't eating enough. I would like to try a cycle and hope to gain 5-8lbs of muscle and get motivated to eat like a mofo.

That's just the point though.

Is it going to be motivational if you gain mass and then you loose it?

At the very least, learn to eat first.

For the record, I gained 50 pounds of mass before gearing up and it didn't even take that long. I just had to learn to eat.
 
Im on epistane right now. Its great! Just make sure your eating alot!!!!! At least around 300 grams of protein a day. Plus loads of carbs. You will grow. Epi is dry so no quick super results. So diet and exercise are key!
