Need Advice on Keeping Gains for 2nd Cycle

You all have been so helpful and I greatly appreciate the advice that has been given so far. So here I am again. I'm looking for a little guidance for my 2nd cycle. First a little about my 1st cycle. I did 8 weeks of Test P, Mast P and Tren A at 100mg each EOD. Also 250iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) EOD and anastrozole 1mg everyday. I was very pleased with the results. I waited for the gear to exit my system then had blood work done(Test was very low), then started PCT. I started with clomid and added torem. I have one more week of PCT. Everything had filled back in nicely. I kept about 80% of my strength gains, but lost most of the size and gained some body fat. So after 8 weeks of gear and 4 weeks PCT I am only 1lbs heavier and 1% less body fat than before I started using gear.
Is that normal?
Should my next cycle be longer?

I plan on doing my next cycle in January. I will be doing Test P and Tren A 100mg each EOD and possibly Anavar 50mg everyday. Along with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 250iu EOD and Letro 2.5mg everyday. I was thinking about running this for 12 weeks instead of 8. Would that help to retain size? Any advice is helpful. Thanks again guys.

If these measurements are accurate, this is not normal at all, you might have gotten some bunk gear.

I would first discuss your diet and training in more detail before going over your cycle. Your last cycle yielded such poor results, there needs to be a deep discussion as to what happened.
 
I was afraid that it was bunk gear. Other members had some complaints. My diet and routine are spot on. But would bunk gear have given me those gains?

I'm now 6'0 221lbs and 10% body fat. On gear I was eating about 3500-4000 cals a day. 200-250 grams of protein. I was lifting 5-6 days a week. I was so energized and recovered so quickly that I had to force myself to take a day off. On the gear I made it to 232lbs and 8% body fat. Now during PCT I don't have much of an appetite. So I'm eating around 3000 cals a day and getting 150-200 grams of protein. I'm lifting 4 days a week and still feel really strong.
