Need Advice on my Blood work...My total test Level 13 weeks after last shot is...

Hi Guys
Just got my Blood tests back

Doctor told me that my total test level is 36.9

I took my last shot about 13weeks Ago(test Cyp)

I just want to know if 36.9 is good,The doc told me that this is higher than the normal 20-27 range.

im confused.... i could have SWORN total test was supposed to be from 300ish-1200ish
