Need advice on my twisted TRT protocol

Hi guys, almost a moth ago i posted another thread about my background and the TRT protocol my urologist prescribed.

After a month on this protocol, and finding out that i've been on a hormonal rollercoaster, and have been feeling like garbage lately, i came for some advice on what i should do.
I can't see my urologist untill january 13th so im stuck on this trt protocol until then.
I've been prescribed with 250mg Testex Prologantum(test cypionate as i've researched) dose, once a month.
On the first two days of the first week i felt pretty energized, and pretty nice overall, on the 4th day i started feeling pretty bad and mentally tired, reduced attention, mental fatigue... and also had some annoying pain on my right nipple for the next 2-3 days. after that, on the second week, i started feeling a bit better, but still felt pretty tired. By the end of that week until the middle of this fourth week i've been feeling tired and pretty bad overall.

Now that its coming near to the second injection day, what would be your advice on my situation? (i cant change the Dr. this urologist is the best and most experienced with TRT in my town, vasque country, even if it seems unbelievable, anyway he'll be open to change the protocol to a "better" one as this was only a 3 month test on this dose, but i dont want to feel this way for the next 2 months)

By the way, thanks in advance and sorry for my mediocre english writting skills.

Go find another Doctor. Someone who prescribes once a month injections then won't see you for 3 months is fucking dangerous.

Its going like this...

Injection day - Low everything
Days 2-3 - High T, feel great. Estrogen hasn't raised too high yet
Days 4-6 - Moderate T, High Estrogen from the initial huge injection (nips hurt... thats the start of gyno due to the high estrogen)
Days 7-10 - Borderline low T, mid-high Estrogen (feel shitty. Nip pain might go away since estrogen will creep back down)
Days 11-30 - Low everything (continue to feel like garbage all over)
Repeat.

The worst part - you are dropping lower than you were before TRT after say... 10-15 days.

You take a dose over the course of one month that some guys take each week. Do you self inject, or does the Dr do it? Do you have extra and the means to just inject 100mg a week instead? Regardless, you need to talk to him sooner, or get the hell out. The roller coaster ride you are experiencing is common with the way you are being told to do it. Plus - it will NEVER get better doing it that way. Not a single person on earth who knows about TRT will prescribe cypionate once a month.

Best doctor around for it?? Im sorry but I have to disagree to that statement after reading your protocol . That is a roller coaster that will never end if you cant get more frequent injections. I am on 210 mg a week of test E for TRT. You would probably be better off with 50 mg a week for 4 weeks than what your on, even then the half life would send you up and down but it would be a weekly injection.
Find another doc or clinic, cant go on like that.

This is crap. As 3J said 100mg every week is considered a very low dose. That would be 400mg per month in 4 doses. Ideally you'd probably be splitting the weekly doses into two doses as it raises your troughs, and your peaks, however keeps you consistently higher. I've been doing once a week injections with hcg on day 5 and 6. However starting tomorrow I'm going to an injection every 3.5 days, splitting my weekly dose, and using hcg the night before each of the test injections. As your dose raises so does the aromatization, so splitting your dose into two doses per week also lowers your the peak of your e2. This was recently explained to me by an HRT doc and it makes a lot of sense, It can eliminate the need for an AI. The guy I met with doesn't like AI's. He says that arimidex squelches your normal growth hormone release, so he avoids it at all costs. Uses other methods.

That's my routine with TRT, test injections Tuesday night and Saturday morning. HCG injections on Monday and Friday. Taking Anastrozole with mine though.

So you get to have testosterone in your body 1 week a month? Nice...

Good luck on turning into a women....wait...no... women would still have more T...

Seriously find another Dr. right now. This guy should not have a medical license.

I can only get 250mg ampules, a nursing assistant that has nothing to do with that specific doctor injects me, so i could tell her to inject me wathever dose i would want her to. The problem is the ampule itself.
If you divide that 2ml 250mg test ampule in half you end up with 125mg test per 1ml of liquid?

After 3 months on gel and 1 month on cyp do my testicles produce any testosterone or are they shut down?
